| Riverside Mall and Rio World are located in Motosu-City, Gifu, near
the very center of Japan-just a 20-minute drive from the Ogaki Interchange
of the Tomei and Meishin Expressways connecting Tokyo and Osaka. Soon,
with projects such the widening of the Gifu-Sekigahara prefectural road
to four lanes, the construction of the Tokai Beltway, and the construction
of a new interchange just two kilometers west of the complex, we expect
improved access that will lead to an increased number of visitors from
a wider range of areas. This area is undergoing dramatic changes, and has been designated by the local government as one of the strategic points in the Seino area. To take the fullest advantage of this outstanding location, we are planning to develop the Riverside Mall and Rio World into the largest commercial complex in the Chubu Region. |
